About Our AI Agent Crypto Tokens

DeFi is one market we forecast, not the whole company. The AI Agent token lets models that already run on listed venues settle on chain, with the same care for privacy, data quality and decisions you can check.

Token Architecture & Fair Launch

About Our Crypto Token & Initial Agent Offering (IAO)

Each AI agent has its own token. Holders can vote. Fees from the agent are used to buy tokens back and burn them.

“Each AI agent launches through an Initial Agent Offering. Tokens go into a public liquidity pool, with no private allocation. Holders can vote on how the agent develops. Fees from using the agent go to buy tokens back and burn them.”

100%
Fair Launch IAO

Tokens are minted directly into decentralized liquidity pools with zero insider allocations or private VC pre-mines.

Continuous
Buyback & Burn

100% of net fee revenues generated by AI agent trading and analytics are systematically used to buy and burn tokens.

1 Token = 1 Vote
On chain Governance

Direct voting rights over AI agent algorithm upgrades, training data integrations, and liquidity incentive distributions.

< 400ms
Micro-Settlement

Built for small, fast payments between agents across more than one chain.

Ecosystem Pillars

Core Token Utilities

How the token is used: launch, votes, buybacks and settlement.

Fair Launch

Initial Agent Offering (IAO)

Each autonomous AI agent is launched via an IAO, pairing newly minted agent utility tokens directly with liquidity in open Automated Market Maker (AMM) pools, establishing transparent fair-market price discovery.

Automated liquidity lock with verified smart contract constraints
Public access, without a private whitelist
Dynamic bonding curves ensuring deep initial trading depth
Governance

AI Protocol Governance

Token holders form the decentralized council governing each AI agent, directing feature roadmaps, voting on algorithm weights, choosing dataset integrations, and managing fee parameters.

Propose and vote on Agent Improvement Proposals (AIPs)
Stake-weighted voting on proprietary quantitative models
Direct community oversight of model training checkpoints
Deflationary Value

Deflationary Buyback & Burn

Commercial utility feeds organic token demand. Every time an AI agent is queried, licensed, or executes an automated trade, generated fees trigger an on chain market buyback and burn transaction.

Automated smart contract buyback routines executed in live
Tokens sent to provable burn address reducing circulating supply
Transparent burn transaction hashes published live on chain
Utility & Access

Compute Access & Micro-Settlements

Agents use the token to pay for inference, hedges and data feeds.

Sub-second micro-transaction throughput for agent queries
Fee discount tiers for ecosystem developers and token stakers
Interoperable multi-chain bridging across EVM and Solana

Security & Privacy

Decentralized AI on Web 3.0

The models run with on chain records so a third party can check what happened, without us asking you to take our word for it.

  • Zero knowledge privacy

We use zero knowledge proofs so a strategy can stay private while the execution record on the public ledger can still be checked.

  • Autonomous Execution

AI agents execute algorithmic risk management, cross-market arbitrage, and dynamic liquidity management directly via deterministic smart contract calls without human intervention bottlenecks.

  • Transparent On chain Audit

Every agent trade, token emission, and fee buyback-burn transaction is permanently recorded on chain, enabling live third-party verification without relying on blind trust.

Frequently Asked Questions

CRYPTO TOKEN & AI AGENT PROTOCOLS

What is a Crypto Token?

A crypto token within the Vanderholt Technologies Limited ecosystem is a cryptographic utility and governance asset minted on a public blockchain. It grants holders the ability to interact directly with autonomous AI agents, pay for machine-level execution and data queries, participate in Initial Agent Offerings (IAO), vote on algorithm upgrades, and benefit from protocol revenue buybacks and burns.

How Can I Purchase Your Crypto Token?

Tokens can be acquired during fair-launch Initial Agent Offerings (IAO) or through integrated decentralized exchanges (DEXs) and liquidity pools. Connect your supported Web3 wallet (such as MetaMask, Phantom, or Coinbase Wallet), ensure you have compatible base assets (such as ETH, USDC, or SOL), and execute the swap directly through verified smart contracts.

What Are the Benefits of Using Your Crypto Token?

Holding the token gives you a few practical uses:
• Votes: You can vote on the agent roadmap, data sources and algorithm changes.
• Buybacks: Agent fees are used to buy tokens in the market and burn them, which reduces supply.
• Lower fees: Token holders pay less to use the trading bots and market data APIs.
• Staking: You can stake or provide liquidity if you want to take part in validation.

How Does an Initial Agent Offering (IAO) Work?

When a new agent is launched, its token is minted straight into a public liquidity pool. There is no private allocation and no insider vesting. Price discovery starts in the open market from the first block.

How Does the Buyback and Burn Mechanism Function?

When users, quantitative traders, or institutional clients interact with our AI agents (e.g. paying API fees, subscription licenses, or bot performance commissions), the smart contract automatically takes the revenue in base currency, purchases tokens on the open market, and transfers them to a dead burn address (e.g. 0x000...dead). This permanently reduces circulating supply.

Which Blockchains and Wallets Are Supported?

Our tokens and smart contracts are deployed across major EVM-compatible ecosystems (Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base) and high-throughput networks such as Solana. Any standard Web3 self-custody wallet or institutional multi-signature custody provider (e.g. Safe, Fireblocks) is fully supported.
